Refund policy

At Kangaroo Mart, we are committed to providing high-quality Australian products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Food and beverages, including chocolates and snacks.

  • Vitamins and dietary supplements.

  • Protein powders and sports nutrition products.

  • Fish oil and other nutritional supplements.

  • Skincare, creams, lotions, shampoos, and personal care products that have been opened or used.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once we review your claim, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, Kangaroo Mart Pvt Ltd will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return in accordance with this policy if the item is eligible.
